Chris Hinkson has over eighteen years of Commercial Real Estate experience. His long-standing relationships with lenders and tenants across the nation have brought The Hinkson Company to the forefront of sourcing acquisitions and development opportunities. Chris has long standing relationships with retailers such as BIG LOTS!, WAL-MART, HOME DEPOT and TARGET to name a few. Over the course of the last eighteen years Chris has been responsible for development and construction as well as financing in excess of half a billion dollars in his development transactions.
Chris has owned developed and redeveloped shopping centers throughout the Southwest, in excess of 3.5 million square feet. He specializes in retail, with the development of such notable, award winning shopping centers as Superstition Gateway; consisting of 900,000 square feet of entertainment and regional shopping anchored by Wal-Mart, Kohl's, Best Buy, Babies R Us, Bed Bath & Beyond, Ross, Staples, Pet Club, Ulta, IMAX and LA Fitness located in Mesa, AZ. And Santan Gateway; consisting of 600,000 square feet anchored by Wal-Mart, Sam's Club and 24 Hour Fitness located in Chandler, AZ.
Chris has lived in the Phoenix area for 20-years. He relocated to Arizona after visiting and realizing the opportunities Phoenix offers. Chris grew up in Denver, Colorado where, while he was a scholar athlete, he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Mesa State College.
